Firstly, I would like to point out my concerns about the air quality already poor in Cardiff. If this plant goes ahead this is going to have a massive impact on the air quality. The proposed site would be situated close to houses, a school, in an area that population is high.... surely this would have a massive risk to health to residents and students.
Secondly, the roads around the proposed site are already heavily congested and would not deal with the increased heavy vehicles travelling to and from the sight. This would cause even more damage to our roads and even more chaos with queuing traffic etc.
Thirdly, the proposed incinerator would run along sssi land. This in itself is very worrying towards the protection of the wildlife and also the possibility of contamination from the plant spilling out into this area.
