Mor Hafren: Energy Recovery Facility

As a nearby resident of St Mellons / Trowbridge, I object to this application for development.

I am concerned that the increase in traffic to deliver 200,000 tonnes of waste during normal operation will be a strain on the road network and cause an increase in vehicle emissions.

The nearby area includes a Site of Special Scientific interest and I am worried about risks to wildlife including bats and birds, flora and fauna along with wider impact on the environment in and around the Wentloog Levels.

I am also worried about the long term impact of the proposed facility on the health and well-being of me and my family as well as that of residents in housing areas even closer to the site and its proximity to several schools in Trowbridge and Rumney.
