The documents available now include ‘further information’ to the environmental statement, requested by the Planning Inspectorate under Regulation 24 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2017. Interested persons may submit representations relating to the ‘further information’ to the environmental statement to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 07/12/2020. All representations will be published to the DNS website as soon as the deadline has passed.
